If your room is left in an unsatisfactory state, this includes, excessive rubbish, misuse of motel property, any unhygienic uncleanliness, soiling, excessive mess or odor in the kitchen, which causes excessive and unwarranted cleaning time by Beachside Resort’s staff, the Beachside Resort reserves the right to charge for the cost of extra cleaning, repairs or replacements required to restore our guest rooms or property to its normal condition.

DEPOSIT TERMS:

  • Advance deposit of one night deposit is required for five nights or less to confirm each reservation.
  • Any reservation over 6 nights requires 2 nights deposit.
  • Deposits are made by cash, credit card or check.
  • Deposit is non-transferable.
  • Remaining balance for the entire stay must be paid in full on arrival by cash or credit card.
  • We do not accept personal checks at check-in. Personal checks are accepted on deposit only.?
  • All rates are subject to New Jersey sales tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Please be advised that due to seasonal business our cancellation policies are very strict. Please read before booking or leaving deposit.
  • If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • If the reservation is cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
  • 50 percent of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.
